Hi I am new to the Volvo forums. So I attempted to replace my factory down pipe/ catalytic converter with a direct fit walker #55368. This thing does not look like it will bolt up at all. The flange does not want to match up with the 3 factory bolt holes. This is my only car. and don't know what to do. Has anyone replaced with this part successfully?

I'd try shopping FCPEURO.COM or EEUROPARTS.COM - if you have a 97 Turbo, you may need to check the VIN to match up to the right part - sometimes part numbers change mid year, particularly in the first or last year of a model line. I did the exhaust on my 95T with a Bosal part and it fit perfectly - but that year is smack in the middle of the product run.
