Default Help Needed - Front Pwr Seat Seized from Flood Waters

Our 1995 Volvo 850 got some water damage from the recent flood in Houston.

Enough water got on the interior to cause the passenger front power seat's motors and module to get wet . The seat motors must have shorted ( or the module) and it went all the way forward and the back seatback tilted forward as well. It's frozen in that position .

1) First problem I managed to get 3 of the 4 seat hold down bolts out. I cannot get the inboard front bolt out as the seat is frozen all the way forward ( over the bolt head). Any ideas would be appreciated?

2) I need to get the seat back and the seat back at a normal angle. Any ideas on how to do that with the electrics shot?

What are the chances it's only the module and not one ( or all 3 ) electric motors?

I would prefer to keep the seat- but assuming I can get it out may have to resort to a junkyard seat.

Thanks

getting wet shouldn't permanently damage a motor so I'd be more inclined to think the memory module sent an error code to the chassis CPU. Did you look at all the fuses, circuit breakers (39/40) and any relays as well as wiring connectors? You should be able to pull codes - but I need to look

Found this diagram which may help

Info on codes:

Test Mode No. 1 (Accessing Codes)
1) Power seat diagnostic system is operated via diagnostic unit “B”, socket No. 6, using button and test lead from diagnostic unit “A”. To access diagnostic system, connect test lead from diagnostic unit “A” to socket No. 6 on diagnostic unit “B”.
See Fig. 1. Press any button on seat controls for seat to be diagnosed.
2) Hold button down when turning on ignition, and keep holding it down for about one second longer. Ignition must have been off for at least 5 seconds before beginning diagnosis. Press button once to select test mode No. 1 and read codes. See POWER SEAT DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES table.
