Im about to buy 1996 Volvo 850 non turbo engine B5252
it has a problem will not start at all no power on fuel injectors
owner told me that he was trying everything, he changed the ecm he changed relays
nothing help he has OTC scanner, scanned nothing no codes
any solution?

 

Check the fuses, it could be something very simple. If he is getting no codes, it could be a blown fuse that supplies power not only to the ECM, but to the data link connector as well. At the very least it is worth a shot

Yes they good
