Dear Guru's

I am about to drive 3 hours to buy a 1996 Volvo 850 sedan!

However, I need to know how far down into the door the rear window glass goes? I have a dog and he needs to be able to get his head out. I hear the windows only go about half way down... If so, is it possible to override the child safety feature and have them drop all the way down into the door?

 

Nope. The shape of the door only allows it to go down so far.
