High Brake Light Malfunction

Question High Brake Light Malfunction
In my 97 850 sedan the high brake light, on the rear windshield, will not work. I replaced the bulb but still nothing. I cleaned the connections by the mount and it still will not work. Any ideas?

i changed the bulb again hoping for something. it will work intermittently, so i guess i have something to do this weekend

Sounds like a bad connection at or near the bulb socket.
