How to Install BOV
I am EXTREMELY new to 5 cylinders. Where and how do I install a BOV on a 96 850 turbo. What about an intercooler? I searched for the BOV on here and didnt come up with anything! I know they apparently dont have one, and I know it shouldnt be upstream to MAF. Please let me know!

eurosport tuning has a BOV kit for sale. around 220$
if you buy a generic one, it normally goes onto the upper intercooler pipe ( drill a hole, insert BOV and seal) and you have to have machined a block off plate for the cars factory recirculation system ( not obligatory, but 99% of us do it) if you dont you probably wont get the full sound and your turbo might lose pressure there.
the car comes with an intercooler beside the rad.

i know 1 of those vaccume lines plugs into your manifold same place as the CBV, maybe your blowoff needs 2 vaccume lines. Find your cbv and backtrack the line to where it plugs into the manifold
your CBV has 1 vaccume line. and it looks like this
Heavy Duty Compressor Bypass Valve

I agree. A bypass valve is actually better anyway. It helps maintain boost response and lag. The nly time you would really hear a blowoff in an automatic is when you let off the gas. Kind of not worth it for just the sound
