Welcome to the forum.
I will say this a BOV on our cars are worthless. We aren't making enough power for them to be useful. With that said if your an automatic it will only go off when you let off the gas and for the split second it vents to the atmosphere you'll run rich. The only thing you will gain is the sound, but again only when you let off the gas.
Some BOV Ideas...
1. HKS SSQV
2. TIAL
Stay away from the TurboXS brand.
Some Mounting Ideas...
1. With the included and or bought extra Aluminum flange have that welded to your Upper IC pipe (The one going over the engine), then run your vacuum line.
2. With the BOV and a bought extra "T" adapter cut the Upper IC turbo hose at the intercooler and insert the "T" adapter in the two pieces of the turbo hose clamp it down tight attach the BOV to the "T" adapter and run your vacuum line.
3. If it is Aluminum do the same as number one but at the Throttle Body pipe.

Even with a 19t it wouldn't be worth it. Your not going to be running enough power to make it useful. It will still only go off when you let off the gas in an automatic and will still run a little RICH for the split second it vents.
Basically it is a glorified noise maker on your car. Spend your monies on something that will make your car faster, brake better and better suspension or cosmetic.
Trust me when I say this you'll get tired of the sound after about 6 months.

the stock intake box is restrictive and prevents you from hearing the turbo spool or the cbv. when you let off the throttle, the extra charged air is released into the turbo inlet (right before the compressor wheel). the cone filter makes it a lot louder.
youtube has some videos about this. mine is pretty loud.
I can get a video up.

With that said we do have available what are called SRI's or Short Ram Intakes. IPD USA and EuroSportTuning (EST) both have a version of this. Pretty pricey for what you actually get. I have the EST version and I like it a lot. However I didn't pay for it, it was bought for me as a gift!
You could buy either of those mentioned above or make your own. Create your own heatshield and buy whatever cone filter you'd like. Probably could be done for under $100 I would say.
I believe the person that posted the video made his own SRI system there.

Yep, I built my own. https://volvoforums.com/forum/showth...866#post171866
It is a short ram setup with a custom heatshield. I call it a CAI, because no engine heat can get to my filter.
