Default How much Freon for a pumped down system?

I went to Autozone to get freon, they looked up the amount and it said 26oz. Does that sound right? I just dont trust their books.

The system was empty and pumped down so this is a total fill. I have already filled it to these specs but want to make sure.

That sounds about right. I put one of those 16 oz cans in then another 8 oz in it before I was ok. My system wasn't all the way down. The guy at my shop told me 2.5 lbs, what ever that = in oz terms.

There should be a yellow sticker on the passenger side strut tower or very close to it that says what it holds.
