Well I was taking the cluster out one more time to get my LED's in which work great yay! but then I broke off the black piece that the right brass clip latches onto so now the thing jiggles over bumps mostly on the ride side since the left clip and bracket are still good.

I am going to try and fabricate something or shim it up I don't know but just wondering if anyone has tried anything for those of you who have broken things that the brass clips won't grab onto anymore

jb weld maybe? just glob it on really good and let it cure for a very long time and then machine it out with a dremel tool. i think that would do good. id not maybe a small section of aluminum angle iron.

if non of that works get rid of the stock stuff, gut the car, and install race gauges.

Yea I was thinking jb weld type thing.. or fastening a similar simple bracket thing to the plastic with a fastener of some sort .. and hooking the clip onto that, it just needs something to grab onto. I'll see what I can come up with
