hey guys sorry if this is a re post checked the forums but didn't see anything, quick question instead of forum, does your volvo's Horn only work when the car is ON or Running, because mine only works when the car is on or running/driving, not when the car is turned off or key is out..? Now i think that's weird, mis-wired or a usual thing? Even my 80's mustang with its turn signal horn worked while off or key was out, if the battery was in the horn worked.. :S

mine only works with the car on

 

my s70 horn only works when the key is in position II. same with the 740 my mom had a long time ago.
