Default Intermittent starting issue

Good morning, just joined. My daughter has a 1994 850 wagon and loves it. However, it has a problem after driving, turning the car off and then trying to start again after only a few minutes (like you would do if getting gas or going to the store). The engine turns over, but does not fire. When it first started doing this, it would restart fine after sitting for about 5 minutes. Now, it takes > 30 or 60 minutes to restart, if it does. Most of what I read, says it's related to a Camshaft Position Sensor problem (either the sensor or a connection to the sensor). Do you agree with assessment, and just how difficult is the sensor to get at?
My daughter lives in Chicago and I am up in Wisconsin, so it is not easy to get at.

It could be many things. Looks like bad fuel pressure regulator to me. Also it could be bad fuel pump relay. Wait for experts to post
