Just bought a 1993 Volvo 850 GLT with the flashing orange arrow issue

I ran the codes. 114 222 and 323 in A1 can someone help me figure out what I can do to have a normal shifting car that drives as good as i looks? thank you.

Welcome to the forum. Not sure what those codes are. Have you posted this in the 850 repair section?
