Well, I didn't mean the SAME pot as the gauge, but on that three port tree.

We'll see. I will play with it tomorrow.

I should have it up and running Friday.

My friend's welder broke, so he's taking it to work for me.

Okay finally got it on, and hooked it up to the back side of where my aftermarket boost gauge goes.

You can't hear any difference whatsoever.

Do I need that block off plate to hear it? From Forge?

Or do I just totally have this bassackwards?

Do you have the BOV adjusted correctly?

You can also make one yourself. Its a fairly easy task. Get a nice flat sheet of steel or Alum. and cut it to the shape and drill three holes.

Like tech said: What is the BOV set at. Is it the stock spring or is there an upgraded spring?

Post a pic of the setup.

See, I've never owned a BOV before...lol.

I haven't adjusted anything on the TurboXS.

I ordered a blanking plate, so whenever that comes in I'll figure out what to do.

I'll take pics and post them later tonight or in the early AM when I get done.

I am horrible about getting pictures up.

Yesterday we had everything put back together, and then one of the lines on my oil cooler busted off under testing the BOV in a free rev in park. it spewed oil EVERYWHERE.

Got it clamped back down and took it to the car wash. My friend showed up and I went to show him, and under the same type of rev, the bottom hose blew off.

I need to get a bigger diameter hose and heavier duty clamps.

Additionally, we made a custom intake for the car, using aluminum pipe from a Honda Accord intake found on Ebay.

We cut the baffle/flex section from the OEM intake on the bottom end of that and placed on the metal one, using two blue silicone couplers. Sounds awesome!

Hopefully I can salvage this cooler job.

The hoses that attach to the cut hard pipes on the car from the cooler needed to be essentially forced HARD onto them, but only going on about two centimeters up the pipe (before it ends the metal and turns into the black rubber segment leading back to the engine.

Obviously it has a ton of oil pressure.

Think a larger hose and tighter clamp will do the trick?
