Default Just bought 98 s70 T5

Good day All...
Just bought a 98 S70 t5. I am looking to do a few basic mods to the car....I can't keep well enough alone. What are some of the things that I should do an still maintain it overall reliability. The car has high miles but looks near new in the interior, engin very clean except for the peeling varnish stuff on the cosmetic parts on top part of engine. The car has ALL services preformed regularly at dealerships. I think the cars is from Europe originally as the first 3 or 4 dealer stamps appear to be german. After that dealer stamps from Georgia unitll 2003 then Colorado up untill 106900 Mi and sat on the lot for a few months. My gut was telling me that the car is a good car but I was worried about the mileage. I had my Dad come and drive the car as well and my girlfriend really liked the car as well, though she knows very little about cars. Took the plunge and bought the car and now want a little feedback.

Thank in advance for any help/advice.

Previous car was a 1991 Nissan Maxima SE which officially died at 203450 on the odometer, I bought the car w/68K on the clock....

Check into an IPD computer upgrade and Exhaust system.

You Should get atleast 300,000 miles out of the engine.

Thanks for the info...
I thought there was anothter tuner site but can't remember the name...
Tech in part it was the informatin presented by you and the other memebers that convinced me to get the car. Everyone that has seen it so far today has fallen in love with it and can't belive the deal I got. It does need new tires and an alignment but other than that the car is beautiful.
