Keep in mind your 2000 C70 has VVT so the older post suggestions on NA cams doesn't directly apply.
If you want to put in aftermarket cams, check out
Performance Camshafts, Volvo - ViVA Performance
and look for the specs on the 2000s with VVT.
With that said - adding a cam to a turbo engine is a long hard way to get some performance gain. Simpler route is to add a bigger turbo (ie 18T), bigger injectors, 3 inch downpipe/free flow cat and get a quality ECU tune. Those mods will put you around 300+ HP, enough to make you wish for a manual transmission and a limited slip differential. In order I'd do the tune, turbo, injectors, downpipe, cat...
