RE: NEED HELP PLZ....WHAT IS THIS PART!
I am wondering if you're going to do the job by yourself or have it done at a shop. If latter (preferably at Volvo dealer in this case) I won't worry about it, but if you're going to do it yourself, there are some things to watch out for, in order to replace the oil cooler line to the oil thermostat housing.
The O-rings have to be inside the thermostat housing, rather than on the ends of the oil cooler lines upon installation. Also, I would drain the oil from the oil cooler before proceeding. I personally put paste gasket material around the O-rings and left it overnight when everything was in place. Also, access to the Torx screw that holds the oil cooler lines to the thermostat housing (an aluminum plate is held by one Torx screw) is extremely tight.
Anyway, just a thought.
