Default Need more power

So I have done a few mods on my 96 850 Turbo. Car runs well, but seems to be lacking power compared to when the mods were first installed. Here is a list and please give me an idea for what to look for. I am thinking vacuum. But that is me. List: lowered 1.5", MSD ignition, k&n, IPD plugs/wires, Bosch Iridium plugs, cap/rotor, manual boost controller. I have replaced the intercooler hose and that helped a while back. But again, the carseems to be a bit slower than it used to be. I am running 12.5 psi of boost. I have not done an ECU yet but that is in order soon. By the winter anyway. Again, please muse, and give me your thoughts so I can figure it out. The power loss is felt in the pedal, and the throttle response is a bit slow. Turbo lag is apparent, but not terrible. I used to stomp Mustangs like crazy, but not as of recently. Thanks.

Could be the CBV (Blow Off Valve), You are getting actual 12 lbs of boost on a gauge?

Yep, showing 12.3 to be exact. Should I install a blow off valve? Is there a write up of installing a new one? I have not been able to find a good one.

Was it running higher boost before?
Check engine light on?
I am running 14 PSI on both of my cars and notice lag at times as well.
But soemtimes the waste gate main rod walks up causing boost problems.

That wastegate rod is a new thing I found out abou today after much research. I am going to look at that tomorrow morning. Hopefully get some pics of the issue. Will update accordingly. I am always way too lazy and focused to get out the camera.

But you didn't answer what I asked.
Did the amount of boost drop?
Is the check engine light on?

Also it might not all throw the light on if you have a vacuum leak. Check the 3 hoses to the turbo.

Sorry, I do not drive the car enough to notice the drop in boost. I know that sounds totally stupid. I will check tonight after work. I do not think there is a drop, but again, I will verify that this evening. Also, there is no CEL. Just the service engine soon light, which was not reset after the last oil change. There you go.

I am losing boost pressure. It goes from the 12.5 down to about 8.5 psi while driving. I did not notice when looking at the wastegate pin rod that it had risin up on the shaft. But will check again. How hard do you have to hit the wastgate rod to get it go back into the housing?
