Default Need an opinion on Glowshift part

Oil Filter Sandwich Adapters

So I am considering buying this to be able to hook up an oil filter gauge but I have a couple questions.
1. Do you think it would give accurate readings?
2. Would it make the filter stick out too far?
3. Do you know what size I would need?
Thanks guys!

I would think that your filter would stick down to far.

If you want to hook up an oil pressure gauge you could do what I did. I bought an electric gauge and used a "tee" fitting where the factory gauge sender comes out of the block. That way I was able to use the factory sender to drive the dashboard oil light, and also use the sender that came with the gauge to operate it.

You just need to make sure it fits.

It was really pretty easy to hook up. I got my parts from egauges.com and 42draftdesigns.com several years ago. There was not a ton of room, but I was able to get it all installed from the top and bottom and not remove anything in the process.
