How do I find out if my 95 850 (sportwagon) has Nivomat (is that the self leveling?) suspension? Thanks!! Dave

 

from what I can tell from a quick search just on the design, look at your shocks and struts. if you have suspension springs, you have standard suspension, if not, nivomat

 

Nivomats only came on the R's. If yours is a T5 it has standard springs, shocks, struts. This is good because replacement Nivo's are expensive!

I roller under her tonight and they just look like regular old shocks. no springs on the bottom. Guess I'm no nivomat! Thanks for the assistance. Dave

 

850 Platinum wagon also had Nivomats.

 

Regain my honor...he never asked about springs he just mentioned the Nivomats. He also stated his car was 95 sport model. To the best of my knowledge they did not have Nivo's that year...ok back tp the regular scheduled program
