Hi guys...
I own a 95 T5, and have a problem ...when I drive a constant speed on the highway, sometimes the motor starts to shake , sometime's even very rough...
It only happens at a constant speed, its an automatic, and when I step down on the accelerator it disappears, and sometimes it stays away, sometimes I have to do that several times...
I already changed:
Sparkplugs
cables
rotor
distributer cap
all original volvo
Anyone an idea?

 

If it isn't shaking at idle it's likely not the ignition system but when you say original are you talking about them being genuine Volvo parts or the original ones from '95 ??

You should check the CV joints to make sure you don't have a ripped boot and worn joint and that the motor mounts aren't bad and letting the engine bounce around.
