I have a 2000 C70 conv., 67k mi., intermittent service light, ETS light on a few occasions. Engine bucks at lower speeds, cuts in/out intermittently at highway speeds around 2500 rpm. Any help greatly appreciated. I'll be calling Volvo for service & am looking to see what I should expect.

Maybe eligible for recalls. service light needs to be reset.

 

Sounds like the throttle body most likely.

I just replace mine, the last service recall Volvo did for these was a band-aid not a fix.

Have it checked like the other guy said, I'm all for getting as many miles outta the parts before the have to be replaced.

The Throttle Body is easy to replace yourself.
