Hey everyone,
Here's the problem my 94 850 turbo won't start. Turn the key to cranking position and nothing at all. I did the crank position drop voltage test and my battery was 10.8v , check the grounds and had the starter tested. The fuel pump buzzes like it is suppose to and the dash lights a bright, HELP I AM STUMPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is the CEL on? Any codes from the OBD1 port in the engine bay?

Well, obviously there is voltage, but it seems like it is either not getting to the starter to turn the motor over, or it is getting to the starter, but the starter is bad and is doing nothing with it. Just for grins, try jumping it to see if that changes the problem. While 10.8 volts might seem to be ok, I've had cars that were finicky and would not start with anything under about 11.5 Volts or so. Try jumping it and report back here if anything changes.

Right now I'm leaning toward a bad starter, faulty ignition switch, or broken connection somewhere.
