Can the abs module make the odom not work? I thought it was off a cable and gear.. This is my first volvo so some of the things on a volvo I'm not used to.

A year make and model will help.

You can run a cluster diagnostic if your 95 or earlier

96-98 then the abs module will be the cause of your speedo and tracs

your odometer issue is most likely the main gear no the supplimental but Id replace them both while you where there

Yeah you have 2 different problems.

Your speedo and your tracs/abs if from the module.
Buy one from Matt and send yours back when you get the new one installed Rob supplied you the link above

The odo is the gear
like i said its most likely the primary gear, but ive seen both stripped.. so I would get both.

There are other places to get them that are cheaper too..
