Oil cooler is it the same as adding a transmission cooler. I mean on the passenger side is the oil lines can you tap into that with a cooler and a oil themostat

I have an extra oil cooler and was thinking of putting it on the car

As long as your car is turbo then you could tap into the oil cooler lines either at the Radiator on the R/S of the car or at the cooler.

But I would not reccomend it. The Stock oil coolers work very well.
The Non-turbo cars don't have oil coolers.

I assume you are talking about engine oil cooler?
