Oil leaks from distributor, replacing seal pls help!

Default Oil leaks from distributor, replacing seal pls help!
Hi guys
My 94 turbo has oil leaks coming out of the distributor and I'm planning to replace the rear cam seal but couldn't find a write up for this, I only found a write up for replacing the distributor cap and rotor. Can u pls give me an instruction how to take the seal off and put the new one in?

Small screwdriver to pry it out. Grease up part of seal that rides on cam. Use large socket to tap it in.
