Nope, unless it's a 93 I believe

The stamped steel or iron, one piece control arms are just that. You can replace the bushings with Poly or Delrin but the ball joint is built in with no way to replace separately.

You can buy the aluminum control arms if you can find them and they do allow you to replace the ball joints but that's the only way.

 

It's a very easy project. Shop around and the parts are not expensive.
