P0172 question

P0172 question
One of the last mechanical things that my car needs done is fixing the P0172 code.
I googled, and found numerous sites indicating it's typically a vacuum line. I poked/prodded/looked around with a mechanics mirror, and it appears the culprit is the line that goes in the passenger side of the intake manifold. The elbow has disintegrated.
I have pretty large hands. Not Hulk size, but big.
How far do I need to tear things apart to fix this line? Will I be able to fix it if I remove the top radiator hose? Or do I need to remove the intake manifold, too?
I need to do the PCV, but it's incredibly difficult for me to find a half day to dedicate to the car right now. If this is something that needs to wait til I do the PCV, so be it. Can anyone advise what vacuum line P/Ns etc I should order so I have the right parts on hand?
Many thanks, as always!

Not 100% sure which line you're talking about, there are two that go into the intake manifold near the idle control valve or there are the ones that run behind the fuel rail to the pressure regulator. Could you take a picture and upload it?
I've never found a vacuum line that I couldn't feel the end of on these cars though, it should be fairly easy to replace without removing anything, except maybe your airbox if its one of the ones by the idle control valve.
