I just spent the day working on the 850. Changed out the complete PCV system cleaned the hell out of everything..Put on all new Turbo hoses and clamps all new filters all of them oil air fuel cabin. New oil seals on dip stick tube and stickand oil filler. fresh oil change and I am no better of than before It still puffs smoke from the dip sticktube.. I am pissed I'm spent on this today..I still can not find the oil leak that 3 shops and myself can not find It pours about 2 ounces of oilon the ground only when running in about 5 mins.. I m at a lossany ideas..? Thanks Brian

 

You cleaned all pipes for the vent system? Even the little nipples the hoses go on? Also is it leaking from the engine by the A/C compressor?

 

I cleaned everything ...I am going to check the nipple on the end of the intake and and on the ptc in the morning. the oil is coming from up high right about at the connection of the engine and trans firewall side...I have no oil leaking from the lower connection like you would from a RMS

 

OK I was wondering if it was maybe oil clooler lines but since it is by the firewall then no. I wish I could look at the car to try to find it.

 

Need a little background info here. How long has this been going on, Is the vehicle new to you, compression test done? How many miles?
