Whats the easiest way to removed and swap out the rear seats. I recently picked up a set of of 97 855 R tan seats both front and rear but trying to figure out how to swap out the rears.

 

 

rspi do you by chance know how to remove the seats from a wagon?

My buddys dad at the dealer told me how when I had a parts car but never successfully got the back of rear seats out of the car.

Just curious.

 

I've done it twice but it was murder. I can't tell you how it was confusing to me. I ended up working something into the hinge clips.

 

Yeah, I think that was my problem, I broke those in like two seconds. But the seats where in a parts car and were cloth so not a big deal(if they had been leather).

But yes a friend and me spent a good three hours trying to get the back seat rests off.
