1995 Volvo 850 turbo right rear wheel moves forward and back about an inch when pushed hard with your foot. It looks like a stabilizer bar that connects to the frame has a bushing near the frame that is worn out. Is it possible to replace just this bushing? If so where can I get one and how do I replace it? Let me know if this is not the likely problem.

 

start by looking at diagrams on Tascaparts.com or volvopartswarehouse.com to see which part # you thing is at fault. Then you can search youtube or forums for discussions on how to replace. You can buy replacements either at the two sites listed above for OEM or you may find at Volvo friendly parts sites like FCPEURO.COM or EEUROPARTS.COM or AUTOHAUSAZ.com (I've used all three...)
