I have a driver's seat not reclining. The drive cable is fine & anyway the motor is not turning. The motor does however seem to work when changing the seat positions retained in memory. Pulling the passenger side unit & plugging it in gives me a working recliner so I guess it is the switch. Are these fixable & if so, how ? Anyone done this ?

 

Get another switch.

 

I ended up just getting a used switch unit on eBay. You can get them at a junk yard just as well. I got one for $20, an easy fix!
