Not that I pay attention that often, but the speedo lights on my gague cluster just went... fule, tep, and tach still ok.. but center lights are out.. can these be replaced or a whole new shabang.

 

You can replace the bulbs.

I have this problem intermittently, usually this time of year when the weather gets cooler. when the car is started cold, one or more lights will be out on the instrument cluster will be out. As the cabin warms, a light my come back on. striking the top of the padded cluster works about 50% of the time as well.

Will changing the bulbs remedy this? Where is a post regarding swapping these bulbs?

Follow instructions in the link to help you gain access to replace the bulbs.

That should make the problem go away. Also try to clean the connections a little.
