Default Stalls while idling. Bad fuel pressure. No boost!

Hello everyone! This is my first post on the Volvo forums site. Im having a huge issue with my 95 850 turbo and am hoping to get some help! Basically what is happening is that the car stalls and has a very hard time revving up and starting. Let me run though the basics. I wake up in the morning to start the car. Takes 2 trys every time, I drive the car around for a while and it doesn't seem to have any problems. I stop and turn the car off for say an hour or so. Next time I start the car it will run for a minute then begin to die out and doesnt want to accept any of the gas im giving the throttle. Putters and dies. If I wait a while I can usually get it to run and drive it okay. So far I know the distributor cap is new, new plugs, wires, replaced ignition coil, fuel pressure regulator. Hoses seem good, just not sure what the issue is. I was told the turbo's boost control valve/solenoid is bad. Can this be causing my stalling/fuel issue? If someone can shed some light on this that would be amazing. Please I can use any input out there. Thank you!

Did you check or bypass the fuel pump relay? Could also be the fuel pump itself - have your measured your pressure at the fuel rail? I'd start by replacing the fuel pump relay. Relays can act up this way: when they are cold they work fine, when they warm up (say due to worn contacts) the relay solenoid loses strength and you effectively get a bad connection to the pump.

sounds like fuel delivery. Watch this video, this is my kids 850 when the fuel pump was failing. It would work sometimes and others not. I think you would benefit by getting a fuel pumps gauge.

Check all hoses. A loose hose clamp is enough to make the car runs funny.

How did you build that fuel pump gauge and where did you go in at? Can we see a picture of that part of the process please?
