T5 boost gauge = psi?
I've been curious myself and rspi's thread here reminded me of the question so i did some tests using static pressures (engine not running) applied to both stock boost gauge and AFM for comparison. Robert; from your video in that thread I'd say you're boosting about 7psi or so. Stock boost should be around 9.5psi i believe.
Using these illustrations you should be able get pretty close to estimating what psi you're boosting by looking at stock T5 gauge. Hope this helps someone...

Thank you very much.
Well, my car is an R so it should be boosting around 10.5 I believe.
Also, I went from this 7ish to a solid 10.5 - 12 for about 18 hours, then all of the sudden back to 7ish. Someone suggested that my boost solenoid may be bad.
I'm going to check vacuum leaks and I did pull the intake tube from the MAF to the turbo Thursday but I'll check some more very soon.
The sudden change forth and back leads me to think it's something electronic???
