I have a hiccupping T5r and it's getting worse, even though we've done all of the easy stuff.

My mechanic wants to check out all of the parameters for the contacts on the Motronic box but cannot find the system schematic and info that he needs. The box is Bosch number 0 261 203 626. Every tech sheet that he has located has three rows of 10 contacts each for the "B" connector on the bottom of the box whereas our box has three rows of 15 contacts each for the "B" connector. Where can I find or download the correct system schematic and values so he can check that each contact is doing what it should, please?

It's a very long story to do with rough rich running and severe hiccupping which originally occurred when cold but which now happens all of the time. We've had a variety of codes, including the usual ones. We've replaced plugs, leads, air mass meter, throttle position sensor, lambda sensor, coil, injectors, distributor cap and lots of pipes and tubes. This has been going on for months. Now we want to check the outputs of all contacts on the box but can't get the necessary data.

 

Oh dear, it's a bit subdued here! Will I be able to get the information I need or will I have to explain better what I want?
