Default Testing "Idle Air Control Valve'- Help from 850 owner w/ Voltmeter?

Trouble-shooting my no-start (began as high idle and "short term fuel mixture weak." Now no start). The Bentley manual for 240 gives resistance measurements for the Idle Air Control Valve on a 240 (outer terminals = 40 ohms, between center and each outer = 20 ohms). IAC on my 1995 850 is closer to 20 ohms and 10 ohms.

Can anyone tell me the correct resistance for IAC on an 850? (Current part # is 9454745. The number on mine is 0280140542. )

I will be grateful if someone could maybe unplug theirs and measure resistance across all 3 terminals? Very grateful!
