Timing Belt replacement...When?

Timing Belt replacement...When?
I own a 1995 850 wagon w/115,000 mile on it. I started to have oil leaks so I:
Threw away the spark arrestor, installed a new intake hose (cracked), Replaced the plugs, and replaced the oil fill cap,
and the top engine mount. And I'd like to know if I NEED to replace the timing belt?
At what mileage should the belt be changed?
Also are there any other items I should check/replace?
Any input would be welcome.

RE: Timing Belt replacement...When?
That's assuming it wasn't changed at around 70K. I kind of doubt you got to 115K on an 11 year old car w/o have the timing belt changed at least once. If it hasn't been changed once, I wouldn't even drive it again w/o having it changed. I think it's called for every 70K or five years whichever comes first.
