Default Timing Belt replacement...When?

I own a 1995 850 wagon w/115,000 mile on it. I started to have oil leaks so I:
Threw away the spark arrestor, installed a new intake hose (cracked), Replaced the plugs, and replaced the oil fill cap,
and the top engine mount. And I'd like to know if I NEED to replace the timing belt?
At what mileage should the belt be changed?
Also are there any other items I should check/replace?
Any input would be welcome.

Timing belts MUST be replaced every 70,000. These are interferance engines which means if that belt breaks your looking a one huge bill.

Get timing belt changed ASAP; you are way overdue.

Do the PCV system too. Excessive crankcase pressure can cause leaks.

That's assuming it wasn't changed at around 70K. I kind of doubt you got to 115K on an 11 year old car w/o have the timing belt changed at least once. If it hasn't been changed once, I wouldn't even drive it again w/o having it changed. I think it's called for every 70K or five years whichever comes first.

JFTR
The 93 850's are supposed to be changed every 50k or 60, I can't remember right off - but its more often than the others.

If you're timing belt breaks, you will need a complete rebuild which si going to easily cost over $$1000.

92 & 93 models belt change at 50,000 or 5 years.
