Unhappy TPS Signal too low- Still after replacement

Hello,
Been awhile since Ive posted on here but I was busy with school. So, my transmission arrow was flashing one day and I pulled the code-223 for Throttle Position Sensor Signal Too low. Reset the code, kept coming back. Car was fine, but then I began to have difficulty starting it. I would have to clear the code just to start it, but it would then drive fine. I just replaced the TPS today, cleared the code, and then still had the same problem. Any ideas?

I would clean your throttle body, clean maf and check the fuel pressure on the rail should be close to 43psi.

Throttle body was filthy. That seemed to help some but I think I'm going to clean it more thoroughly today. Couldn't get MAF cleaner so I'll have to hold out on that for the day. Fuel pressure is good.

did you see this vid on Youtube?

Should give you a way of at least seeing what the TPS is sending out... Did you also check to see if you codes actually cleared (may be that your OBD2 reader didn't clear the code properly?). Also did you check your car's voltage at idle? wondering if it could be low system voltage...

I cleared the codes with the OBD1 box under the hood. After taking the sensor off and cleaning again this issue seems to be resolved. But when driving my car about 90 miles yesterday I believe either my fuel pump or relay is shot because the car runs poorly when it is hot outside but fine when it is cooler out
