turbo coolant leak

i have a 96 850 turbo. the coolant turbo inlet hose had a hole. i made a new hose. but now the banjo bolt area is leaking. should there be washers on both side of the bolt. maybey one fell out. thanks for any help

Yes there should be 2 copper washers total. One on each side of the pipe.

the copper washers work as a seal.

looks like one was missing. must of lost one when i did the hose. tossed one in there. so far so good
