Default Unknown Hose

I was replacing the vacuum hoses on the TCV yesterday when I discovered a broken elbow on the bottom end of the hose in the pic. It runs from the drivers side of the engine down to the air inlet to the turbo, from what I could tell. Is this hose part of the PCV/PTC? Thanks for any help

I have never seen a vac line near the cam sensor before. I would imagine it's a drifter. Make sure all of the other lines are connected properly, not sure what to tell you about that one.

I think its the hose from the PCV to the valve at before the Turbo inlet (called PTC I think).

It is. It is going through a little heater (tubing loop) that is under the spark plug cover. If you look around, you'll see where it comes out near the other cam and the line continues on its way.
