V-band Clamp Tightening Specs?

V-band Clamp Tightening Specs?
I'm in the middle of installing my IPD exhaust and I'm wondering if anyone knows any spec's for tightening the clamps. Should I tighten it until the nut is at the end of the threads or until I just can't turn it anymore? Never worked with them before so I just want to be under the car one time only
