Vibration Fixed!
A week or two ago I posted looking for info on a vibration that happened at freeway speeds when I stepped on the gas - no gas, no vibration. Turned out to be the passneger side driveshaft. The inner CV (the one closest to the bearing carrier) was bad and allowed the shaft to wiggle around when under power. Replaced it with a reman'ed unit and all is well again.
do you think that would have any relation to my vibration i get when i use the brake?
my pads are fine so it's either the tranny not down shifting or maybe something like your problem
any input would be apreciated

i'd have to dissagree, the transmission getting hung up could also cause that, which i think is my problem

If the transmission was hanging up while stopping then the RPM's would drop below idle numbers while slowing down then would raise back up.
Agree....rotors. Also, tech is correct in diagnosing if it is the front or rear rotors. It all depepnds on what vibrates when stopping. Usually when I replace rotors, I do them as a set of four.
