volvo 850 94 a/problems
i have this volv850 that my dad gave it to me and the a/c fan i mean the interior fan starts when it wants what do you think of that i forgot to mention that the lights of ac and rec flashes avery time i turn ignition should it be the ac panel
and also the volvo runs very lazzy until turbo starts and what type of full service do you recomend i mean what should i change to let the volvo runs smooth

You have a 94 so you can read the codes from the engine bay. I'd start with that and find out. The following list is about as complete a list as I'm aware. Post back with your results and then we can start pointing you toward a solution, but just to eliminate one little annoyance, get a can of compressed air and blow out the temp sensors located above the front seat grab handles in the roof. If they get dusty, they can cause you some grief. Then read the codes and reset them. I believe you'll find the appropriate codes under B1...

It's a good idea to go through all the ports and then reset them so you can start from fresh and then read them down the road to see if you have any new codes later on).

See attached for A/C. If the problem persists after clearing the codes, it is probably a faulty power-stage (fan speed control resistor) or the fan shorted to ground.
