start reading all the stickies and do a search on blower. Most likely the relay and/or blower motor.

You have a 94 so you can read the codes from the engine bay. I'd start with that and find out. The following list is about as complete a list as I'm aware. Post back with your results and then we can start pointing you toward a solution, but just to eliminate one little annoyance, get a can of compressed air and blow out the temp sensors located above the front seat grab handles in the roof. If they get dusty, they can cause you some grief. Then read the codes and reset them. I believe you'll find the appropriate codes under B1...

Complete List: http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/cha...ic.php?t=10758

and how to read codes?... http://volvospeed.com/Repair/a1.html (this talks about port A1, but the method is the same for each of the A and B ports... It's a good idea to go through all the ports and then reset them so you can start from fresh and then read them down the road to see if you have any new codes later on).

Full Tune-Up Aid:

See attached for A/C. If the problem persists after clearing the codes, it is probably a faulty power-stage (fan speed control resistor) or the fan shorted to ground.
