Default weird locking issue!!

i got a new door for my car, this is the start of my lock issues. on my old door the locks worked like they should locking with the key Fob and what not. but now since i have gotten this new door i can not lock any of the door with the key Fob. now here is when it gets weird. if i lock the car manually on the drivers door (the one i replaced) all the doors lock like they should but the alarm does not activate. If i lock it on the passenger door, all the doors lock BUT the drivers door and the alarm activates. if i hit the unlock button on my Key Fob it unlocks all the doors but the drivers door. if any one has this same or similar issues, let me know so we can work together on it, or if you have a idea on the problem PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
Thanks!

Hokiefan,

I really don't know the answer to your question, but I'm sure somebody will get on here that is able to help.

Hookus, if you don't have something to help somebody then keep your wise cracks to yourself.

This is the plug that sits mid-door, goes to the door lock actuator.

Assuming you have the old door still, look to see the what pin the brown wire is. if it's in a different pin compared to the old door, open it up like below and move it. Actually, check all the wires to the old door, if needed swap the door lock actuator over too.

i moved the wires to what i think the correct position is, but now i can unlock all the doors with the key fob which is an improvement, but the alrarm still does not set the doors still don not lock, is there a web site anywhere that tells you which wire plugs into which?

the only one wire that doesn't seem to go any where is a yellow one with a red stripe
