Weird Problem SAS Valve
I have a 96 850 non turbo missing the pipe with the flange that the SAS valve bolts to. I have found plenty of them that snake down to the exhaust manifold but this one seems to go into the top of the head. I was told that this car has had the engine replaced so that might have something to do with it. I can't get the car legal because it will not pass inspection with out it. I need to get this part or bypass the secondary air system. The car runs and drive awesome, any help would be appreciated.
Let me know what info you need.

SAS Valve needs to dump pulsed air into the exhaust manifold. ECU detects if something is not connected.
I doubt it is going to the head -- head does not have many empty ports.
Anyways, you can get the necessary parts shown on this diagram, and drill a hole into the exh manifold and use a seal.

WOW that's not the diagram the dealership showed me or one I've been able to find but it is what I've been looking for. The SAS valve tube in this illustration does go into the head like mine.
I did think about changing exhaust manifolds so I could use the set up I was able to find but I should be able to fix it right!
Does anyone have one of these tubes, (part 11) P# 1275666? I don't want to pay $132.05.
Thanks Henry10!
