I have removed the PNP switch to replace it. (Flashing Arrow)(and will not change gear for the first 5 minutes) I want to also change the back up swich as I have no lights (Will not pass inspection) Where is it?? I know where the manual one is and I do not even own a manual. Thanks for the help

Hey,
There is no backup switch on the Autos. The PNP is responsible for that. That as you have seen is a sign that the PNP is going bad. The manual lacks the PNP that has to control the parameters for the auto so it just needs the backup switch to activate the reverse lights. The rest is up to the driver to shift it manually. Reverse lights on auto are up to the PNP. I will let you know what I find out when I get my battery charged and the PNP in. Hopefully it will have solved my no reverse lights problem too.
