Default Where do I lubricate the front end "Arm" ?

The owner's manual for my 1995 850 GLT states that I should lubricate the 'front Arm' once a year. There are no grease fittings on my front end. Where exactly, do they mean ? I suspect a lot of Volvo 850 front end parts deteriorate because they do not get lubricated.

When I had some grinding kind of sound with brand new control arms, I put some grease on the stops. Just smeared it on where it hits at full turn. There is a little platic plate where I put some grease on, if I remember correctly.
