Default 2002 s60 front end doesnt feel "planted"

So i have 2002 S60, I have replaced the front struts with Billstein's , spring seats, and strut mounts. Whenever i am driving in the dry the car never seems totally planted. it feels very nervous, in the rain however, it feels really bad. The Traction Control kicks in when taking off from a stop light with just the lightest throttle input. and the car feels "light. Not sure how else to explain it. tires are pretty now , yokohama's. Compared to my 2003 Audi A4 this car feels horrible, not sure what else I should do. Only thing that needs replacing is the rear shocks, as i think they are probably still stock, not sure if/how that would affect the front end feel. Hope someone has some suggestions. thanks!

hmm i know the dealer recommended the control arms be replaced, i did not get it aligned after the struts, its been pulling to the left so i am going to do that soon. Might need to go ahead and do the lower control arms as well.

No, doing the whole arm is easy. I can do both sides in about 15 minutes
