Default worst thing that could happen when changing fuel filter

ASIDE FROM HAVING A CIG. IN YOUR MOUTH ...I BROKE THE 12mm BOLT IN HALF.IT WAS ALMOST RUSTED THROUGH AND *snap*.THE BOLT HEAD BROKE OFF AND THE END OF IT IS STUCK ON THE METAL STRAP BUT THE MOUNT WAS CLEAR SO MY TEMP. FIX WAS TO ZIP TIE THE STRAP AND SHOVE A RAG AROUND THE FILTER TO PREVENT IT FROM MOVIN AROUND.WHAT DO YOU GUYS SUGGEST?

You should be able to get a replacement bracket for the fuel filter.

I don't think so see if your local junk yard has an 850 you can snag one from.

PM me your address.

I there are two 850's in a yard about five minutes from me with mostly complete engines.

Well, they were complete until I got there.

I haven't touched the vast majority of them save for spark plug cover, throttle linkage, and other minor things.

So, I might be able to get it off for you.
